FEES AND INFORMATION
For insured clients, the fee will correspond to the insurance company guidelines. (The co-pay will be due at the time of the service.)
Insurance accepted is Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tricare, and Neighborhood Healthcare. For uninsured clients, we will negotiate a fee.
Appointment hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The office is at 342 Broadway, Newport, RI, on the second floor. Phone is (401) 848-0002, or (401) 662-1529. |
